Our dedicated and experienced claims department is here to provide advice and guidance to clients through the most stressful claims situations, and to ensure the claims process is managed efficiently from first advice through to final settlement.

We aim to secure the most successful outcome for our clients and therefore recognise the need for personal attention to ensure we meet the diverse needs of all our clients. Effective claims handling is a standard by which Insurance Brokers should be measured and we pride ourselves on the service we deliver.

Email AddressPeter joined Paul Napier in May 2010 as Claims Manager and brings with him over 20 years of claims handling experience within the London Insurance Market. He has handled claims from a diverse range of business classes but specialises in professional indemnity, D&O and financial institutions. He firmly believes that claims are the “shop window” and efficient claims handling is critical to the whole insurance process. He therefore strives to deliver a first class service to every Insured in order to make their claims experience as stress free as possible. Away from the office, Peter enjoys watching most sports, particularly rugby and is a keen scuba diver.
