Mark Winston, Chief Executive Officer Mark has worked in the London Insurance market for 20 years. The great majority of time has been spent working with Financial Institutions and the Financial Services Industry in the USA/Canada and Caribbean offshore environment. In recent years he has started to develop similar relationships in the UK and European offshore sectors. Mark's interests outside the office include football, cricket and rugby. |  |

Ken Goldsmith, Director Ken has in excess of 40 years experience in the Insurance industry, the vast majority of which is in the broking fraternity at Lloyd's. Ken's particular experience is in Professional Indemnity and Directors and Officers Liability as well as Commercial Crime, Fidelity and Asset Protection coverages Worldwide, but mainly concentrating on the offshore industry. Ken joined Paul Napier as Operations Director at its inception in 2001 and was appointed as a full board member in September 2004. As well as his responsibilities for business production and client liaison, Ken is responsible for overseeing back office and the administration of the company. Ken is a keen golfer and retired club cricketer with interests in jazz and classical music. |

Chris Scoble, Director Chris has developed his insurance expertise over a period of more than 20 years, progressing through both the claims and broking disciplines. Having joined Paul Napier in November 2003, Chris was appointed as a full board member in October 2006. Chris is Director of the Financial Institutions division, with responsibility for servicing and placing risks on behalf of the UK, UK offshore and European based financial institutions sector. Chris is a keen cricketer and football supporter. |

Paul Farmer, Finance Director Paul Farmer is a qualified accountant who has worked in the London Insurance Market for 23 years. He has a comprehensive and diverse experience in the financial management of Insurance Broking Companies and the application of Computer systems. Paul joined the Company in April 2005 as Finance Director.
Paul lives near Colchester, and is married with four children. |

Dean Felton, Non-Executive Director Dean is currently located in the USA. He has in excess of 30 years experience in the Industry having originally started on the claims side of the business. He has worked either as a broker or in the capacity of Risk Management with many of the largest Financial Institutions in the world. The depth of knowledge he has especially in Risk Management is valuable to Paul Napier's operations . Dean and Mark Winston have pioneered the development of new innovative products in the offshore Caribbean over the last ten years and more recently with a drive for better understanding of Risk Management amongst European clients. Dean has varied interests outside of Insurance which include golf, fishing and reading. |

Ian Johnson, Divisional Director Ian joined Paul Napier in June 2004 having spent over 30 years broking in the London and European Markets. Ian's career began with the acquisition of technical knowledge and marketing skills across a broad range of non-marine classes
before specialising in General Liability, Professional Indemnity and Directors' and Officers' Liability. Ian has travelled extensively to new and existing clients, assisting with the development of business opportunities particularly where a new facility or product was required and to service existing accounts. Ian has developed a portfolio of clients in the Directors' and Officers' Professional Indemnity and General Liability classes of Insurance. Ian enjoys sailing, the theatre, cricket and rugby as a spectator. Ian ran a wine importing company for several years in his leisure time. |
 |  |  | Malcolm Ford, Divisional Director Malcolm joined Paul Napier in 2006. Malcolm has spent many years in the Lloyd's Market and has specialised in the development and placement of Scheme and Binding Authority business on behalf of broker parties. The emphasis is on Personal Lines and/or Property business together with the associated insurances. |
 |  |  | Bob Saint, Divisional Director Bob joined Paul Napier in 2008 and has over 40 years experience as a Lloyd's placing broker and business producer specialising in Financial Institutions, Professional Indemnity, Directors and Officer and CGL business. He has travelled extensively developing and servicing business in the
Caribbean, Western and Eastern Europe, and has made presentations to various Banking Associations on Crime
and PI insurance. In his spare time Bob enjoys playing golf, keeping fit and reading. |
