Mark Winston, Chief Executive Officer
Mark has worked in the London Insurance market for 26 years. After working for three of the larger brokers in the market, he formed Paul Napier Ltd in 2001. Mark has specialised in Professional Indemnity, Directors and Officers Liability and Crime. Since the formation of the Company, Mark has built up a network of products, largely in the offshore environment. Recently he has been focused on expanding the Company into other product lines to complement the needs of the established network. Outside of work, Mark's interests include football, tennis, cricket and travel.

Paul Farmer, Finance Director
Paul Farmer is a qualified accountant who has worked in the London Insurance Market for 23 years. He has a comprehensive and diverse experience in the financial management of Insurance Broking Companies and the application of Computer systems. Paul joined the Company in April 2005 as Finance Director. Paul lives near Colchester, and is married with four children.

Naomi Goff, Operations/Technical Manager
Naomi has worked in the London insurance market for over 20 years and holds the CII Diploma in Insurance. Her experience encompasses all aspects of insurance administration and processing, including the production of policy wordings. Naomi joined Paul Napier in 2004; she supervises the administration team and oversees the broker support functions. Naomi also ensures that the company stays current with technological and market reforms to ensure that all clients receive a first class level of service. Naomi is married with one daughter, she plays the piano and enjoys music, films and walking in the countryside.

David Kemp, Divisional Director
David joined Paul Napier in May 2010 as a Divisional Director within the Marine Division. He has spent over 30 years in the London Marine Market within Lloyds' Brokers & specialised Underwriting Agencies. He has been involved with Marine business and has been a “named” underwriter on Binding Authorities given on behalf of certain underwriters at Lloyd's and other "A" rated company security. Over the past 20 years David's expertise has been concentrated on two specific areas within Marine classes, namely Yacht & Cargo Insurance. It is within these fields that David will organise facilities to transact this type of business with Paul Napier Ltd. It is the intention to provide a professional service in the placement of vessels from small craft to super yacht, on a worldwide basis to all existing & new clients of Paul Napier Ltd.

Bob Hunt, Divisional Director
Bob has in excess of 40 years in the Lloyd's Insurance Broking Market. Bob joined Paul Napier in 2008 bringing with him his experience in Direct Property Liability, Motor Fleet, Personal Accident and Travel Business in both the United Kingdom and Europe. Bob has travelled extensively in Europe and is happy to advise on these types of contract for both direct and sub brokers business. In his spare time Bob enjoys playing golf, cycling and is also chairman of the local swimming club for the disabled.

Malcolm Ford, Divisional Director
Malcolm joined Paul Napier in 2006. During his career Malcolm has spent many years in the Lloyd's Market and has specialised in the development and placement of Scheme and Binding Authority business on behalf of broker parties. The emphasis is on Personal Lines and/or Property business together with the associated insurances.

Ian Johnson, Divisional Director
Ian joined Paul Napier in June 2004 having spent over 30 years' broking in the London and European Markets. Ian's career began with the acquisition of technical knowledge and marketing skills across a broad range of non-marine classes before specialising in General Liability, Professional Indemnity & Directors' and Officers' Liability. Ian has travelled extensively to new and existing clients, assisting with the development of business opportunities particularly where a new facility or product was required and to service existing accounts. Ian has developed a portfolio of clients in the Directors', Officers' Professional Indemnity and General Liability classes of Insurance. Ian enjoys sailing, the theatre, cricket and rugby as a spectator.

Bob Saint, Divisional Director
Bob joined Paul Napier in 2008 and has over 40 years experience as a Lloyd's placing broker and business producer specialising in Financial Institutions, Professional Indemnity, Directors' & Officers' Liability and CGL business. He has travelled extensively developing and servicing business in the Caribbean, Western and Eastern Europe, and has made presentations to various Banking Associations on Crime and PI insurance. In his spare time Bob enjoys playing golf, keeping fit and reading.

Richard Bishop, Divisional Director
Richard has worked for over 25 years both in the UK and Internationally, and has wide knowledge of all Commercial Classes of insurance including the use of Alternate Risk Finance and Captives in global insurance programmes. Richard was previously Managing Director of one of the UK's large regional insurance brokerages and has specific expertise in Professional & Financial classes, Technology Risks and Commercial Property Owners. For relaxation, Richard enjoys Motorsport, Rugby and Golf, and particularly getting into the mountains to go skiing. Most of his spare time is, however, acting as a taxi driver for his two young daughters.
